Bryzo recognizes the particular importance of protecting the privacy of

children under the age of 13. When a user contacts Bryzo in any way, the user is
representing to us that they are an adult. If a child has provided us with
personally identifiable information, we ask that a parent or guardian email us
at: abuse@bryzo.com and we will delete the information pertaining to the child
from our records. Before creating a account for a user, we validate that users
information to ensure that they are of legal age. By completing the registration
form to request a account, the user validates that they are 18 years or older.

Each month a service announcement is sent out to all active users of Bryzo, to
their Bryzo email account, to inform them of new improvements and offerings of
Bryzo. Since this monthly announcement is sent to Bryzo users from the Bryzo
Administrator(s) and Bryzo Service Providers it is not and will not be
considered SPAM and as a condition of the free email service, users may not
opt-out of this monthly announcement.
On rare
occasions, it is necessary to send out a strictly service-related announcement,
if, for example, our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance. This
announcement may be send to the email address that the user provided to Bryzo
during registration. Generally, users may not opt-out of these communications,
though they can reactive and close their account to prevent from receiving them.
These communications are not promotional, but only provide information on the
status of our service.
